Questions about pricing
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Creating a workspace is free, and you pay from your wallet only for the messages you send.
Which WhatsApp messages cost money?
Template messages, which you send to start a conversation or after the 24-hour window, are charged by their type: marketing, utility or one-time code. Replies your team types in an open chat are not charged.
What happens if a WhatsApp message fails?
If a template message cannot be delivered by WhatsApp, its price goes back to your wallet automatically.
How are long SMS charged?
One SMS holds 160 characters in English, or 70 in scripts such as Hindi. A longer message is sent in parts of 153 (or 67) characters, and each part is charged at the SMS rate.
How do I pay, and do I get a GST invoice?
Top up online by UPI, card or net banking. GST is added to each top-up and shown on it.
Can larger businesses get different rates?
