Why we built AsysConnect
Most of India’s customers are on WhatsApp, and most small and growing businesses already sell there. But they do it from one phone, with one person answering, copying numbers into groups and losing track of who replied.
The official WhatsApp Business API fixes that, but it has usually meant expensive plans, dollar pricing and tools built for large enterprises. We built AsysConnect so a clothing store, a coaching centre or a clinic can use the same platform: a shared inbox for the team, broadcasts that respect opt-in, and a rupee wallet that charges only for what is sent.
WhatsApp is where we start. SMS, email and automation are next, so one list of contacts can reach people on the channel that suits each message.
How we work
Simple first
A shop owner should be able to send a broadcast without a training session. If a screen needs a manual, we redesign it.
Fair, clear pricing
A prepaid wallet in rupees, a clear price per message and GST shown upfront. No surprise bills and no lock-in.
Respect for customers’ inboxes
We follow WhatsApp’s rules on opt-in and opt-out, so your messages stay welcome and your number stays healthy.
Your data stays yours
Each workspace’s contacts and chats are kept separate at the database level. We never sell your data or message your customers ourselves.
